About

Fashion has always been central in my life; an integral and significant part of my character and personality. It took me though a rather long journey through the world of academia to realize that fashion, particularly fashion styling and editing, is in fact what I want and should do; the destiny in my professional life. My genuine interest and growing passion in fashion styling and editing, matured throughout the years it took me to gain a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in History and Archaeology, a Master’s degree in Greek Literature, and soon (only the conferment is pending) a PhD in Greek Literature and the History of Arts. I realized that the knowledge and experience I was gaining, particularly the appreciation of beauty, elegance and uniqueness (as Aestheticism, the art movement emphasizing in aesthetic values, was my field of research in my Master’s and PhD), integrated with my taste and style. These incorporated with the endless hours I have spent in libraries, museums, and art galleries, in addition to the fashion, style and cultural influences I received from the various cities I lived in (due to the needs of my studies, research and family; Athens, Thessalonica, Granada, Nicosia, Stockholm, London) and amalgamated into the way I express myself through my personal fashion choices as well as via my fashion blog..
